If you have gone through one of our programs, your well-being has improved significantly, you will be able to achieve significant remission in the chronic course of the disease (intervertebral hernia, protrusion of the spine, osteochondrosis, radiculitis, ishialgias).

At the same time, work, home care, stress, sedentary lifestyle can negatively affect the result achieved over time.

In order to exclude recurrence, it is enough to follow the recommendations that will be given to our doctor at the final consultation. One such recommendation is an individual home-schooling program. Make a program, learn simple exercises will help you with functional training.

You can sign up for the training right after the final consultation. The training lasts 60-90 minutes. The rehabilitant will teach you the exercises, selected individually, taking into account your condition and lifestyle. Offers an optimal schedule for home classes.

If you have not taken our course but plan to do your homework yourself, you will need to undergo a primary consultation with a doctor who, after studying the story, will offer safe options for exercises for home classes. After consultation, you will be able to get training with one of our rehabilitants, where you will be shown and taught the assigned exercises, will make a conditional schedule of home classes for the initial period.
