The comprehensive therapeutic massage program is tailored individually based on the patient’s symptoms, muscle condition, and overall musculoskeletal status. It can be used as a standalone method or combined with physical therapy.
Before starting the course, an assessment is performed to evaluate muscle tone, areas of tension, and movement restrictions. This helps identify zones requiring deeper or more gentle treatment.
The program combines various techniques:
Sessions are performed in a controlled manner, taking into account tissue response and patient comfort. Intensity and depth are adjusted progressively to avoid overload.
An important part of the program is combining massage with active rehabilitation methods, including exercises and movement work. This ensures not only symptom relief but also long-term functional improvement.
We offer several types of massage lasting from 20 to 60 minutes for children and adults:

There are several criteria that signal that you need to undergo a massage course:
Massages are used as one component of a comprehensive approach to back treatment.
Neck and shoulder massage helps prevent headaches, improves lymph flow and normalizes overall well-being. The massage session takes place in the most comfortable environment, and minimizes painful sensations after the first session. Neck massage is performed according to the classic scheme, or you can choose an author’s massage of this part of the body. Regardless of which type is used, the technique is aimed at maximum relaxation of the spasming area, as well as normalizes blood circulation and reduces the feeling of load in this part of the body.
A back massage session, which is performed before a kinesiotherapy session (RCT) or before spinal traction on the KIPARIS simulator, helps to relax and tune in to the optimal load.
Back massage, which is performed after a CBT session or spinal traction, soothes the muscles after natural stress and relaxes the joints of the spine.
Alternating BEFORE and AFTER sessions during the course gives a unique therapeutic effect.
You can also sign up for a massage without undergoing recovery programs. Massage is indicated for muscle relaxation, improving blood circulation. Each of our rehabilitation masseurs has not only the classical technique of therapeutic massage, but also an individual massage technique. You can always find your specialist.
