About the program

Massage is an integral part of any rehabilitation process for treating the spine, as in case of cervical, thoracic, lumbar osteochondrosis, and in scoliosis and postural disorders in adults and children. Professional equipment of massage therapists helps to relax spastic muscles of the back, improve blood flow, lymph flow, relieve general fatigue, tension in the body, stress. Various methods of influencing individual areas or the entire body contribute to improving overall well-being, and the cumulative effect after completing the course restores vigor and lightness.

Course program

We offer several types of massage lasting from 20 to 60 minutes for children and adults:

• Back massage (massage along the entire length of the spine) or a separate zone (cervical, thoracic, lumbosacral)
• Massage of the neck and collar area
• Sports massage
• Anticellulite massage
• General massage (whole body massage)

When a massage is needed

There are several criteria that indicate that a course of massage is necessary:

• regular pain in the lower back and other parts of the body;
• significant sports loads;
• shooting pain with sudden movements;
• sedentary lifestyle;
• prescription of the attending physician and other criteria.

Massages are used as one of the components of an integrated approach to treating the back.

Neck and shoulder massage helps prevent headaches, improves lymph flow and normalizes overall well-being. The massage session takes place in the most comfortable environment, and minimizes pain after the first session.

Neck massage is performed according to the classic scheme, or you can choose a signature massage for this part of the body. Regardless of the type used, the technique is aimed at maximum relaxation of the spasmodic area, and also normalizes blood circulation and reduces the feeling of stress in this part of the body.

A back massage session, which is held BEFORE a kinesitherapy session (RKT) or before a spine stretching on the KIPARIS simulator, helps to relax, tune in to the optimal load.

Back massage, which is held AFTER a RKT session or spinal traction – soothes the muscles after natural exertion, relaxes the spine joints.

The alternation of sessions before and after the course brings a unique therapeutic effect.
